Booking Confirmation:

     Once you pay for your lessons or package, we need to wait for the payment to be officially processed by your bank or payment service. After that process is complete and we receive confirmation, we will officially confirm your booking. This ensures that we have received your payment and can secure your scheduled lesson time.

Package Sharing:

     Our lesson packages are designed to be flexible. You can share a package with one other learner, meaning a maximum of two people can use the lessons within that package. This allows you and a friend or family member to learn together.

Lesson Cancellation:

     If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will need to charge you the full price of the lesson. This is because we have reserved that time slot for you, and late cancellations make it difficult for us to fill the spot.

Package Refunds:

     If you decide to cancel a lesson package before using all of the lessons, we will calculate your refund based on the cost of individual lessons. For example, if you bought a package of 2 lessons but only completed 1, we will charge you the full individual rate for those 2 lessons. Then, we will refund you the remaining amount. To cover the costs of processing refunds, a 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Test Package Cancellation:

     Test packages need to be canceled 48 hours prior to the actual test. Canceling within less than 48 hours will attract the full price. This also attracts a 5% administrative fee.

Exceptions:

     We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel a lesson or test package due to a medical emergency or illness, we will waive the cancellation fees. However, you will need to provide us with a valid medical certificate from a qualified healthcare professional as a proof. This ensures fairness while also accommodating unavoidable circumstances.
